If you’ve ever experienced a Saturday boot camp with Josh, you know how the F.I.T. Manager challenges and motivates members to blast past personal barriers and turn themselves into fat-incinerating machines. He believes that all clients, regardless of their current fitness level can achieve their health goals. Josh uses his knowledge and experience to guide members in one-on-one and group training sessions and is also available for nutrition and exercise counseling.
Catrina loves seeing her clients reach their goals, whether that involves losing weight, building strength or pushing themselves to achieve one more push up. This trainer from Kansas City, Missouri seeks to improve her client’s overall health, both mental and physical by teaching nutritional guidelines and healthy habits for lifetime change. Her training focuses on balance, core work and functional style activities, always mixed with a healthy dose of fun.
Charetta has over 20 years of experience in lifestyle and fitness training. She’s quick to point out as we age, we lose between four and seven pounds of muscle every ten years. She helps her group build it back through a program that changes every six weeks, incorporating bands, bars, weights, cardio and yoga. Five days a week Charetta is ready to teach Fitness Plus for members 55 and up.

Rachell is passionate about building relationships and keeping each workout session unique. As a mom, she understands what busy parents go through and how tough it can be to stick to fitness routines, and seeks to address those challenges through her spin classes. She moved to Tyler from Austin in 2012, which might be why she’s so driven to help people new to the gym transition from feeling uncomfortable to looking forward to their workout every day. She wants everyone to experience the sense of family she has found at F.I.T.
Jessi’s goal for all her clients is to not only see but feel workout results and leave motivated to continue a healthy lifestyle outside the gym. This Kilgore native loves her job because it gives her the chance to build relationships with a diverse range of personalities and help them become the best version of themselves. What makes her unique is how she continually mixes different styles and techniques so clients never feel they’re repeating the same routine. They leave every session challenged, invigorated and feeling better than when they went in.
Tod knows training isn’t just a way to stay in shape, but to minimize the risk of health issues and boost enjoyment in all areas of life. He creates for his clients a training environment that empowers them to continually challenge themselves for a fun and rewarding workout.
Amy Jo Teague
This East Texas native wants clients to improve their overall well-being, and encourages a holistic approach toward nutrition and lifestyle habits. She enjoys building relationships with her clients and believes fitness can be fun if you like what you’re doing and who you’re doing it with. She focuses on finding what each client enjoys and tailoring workouts to meet their goals. Her clients often say the hour spent training with Amy Jo creates a positive tone for the rest of their day.
With over 40 years of experience in fitness and training, Mike is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the premier training association (NSCA) in the world. From Pittsburgh, PA he was a scholarship football player at Duke University, former Golden Gloves boxer and 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Specializing in Senior Fitness, he says " you might not be as good as you once were, but you can be better than you are".
