Education/Background: Bachelors of Science in Clinical Exercise Science; When it comes to exercise, Katie has worked with a variety of ages ranging from college students to senior adults. She has been teaching and leading Group Fitness Classes for the past 7 years. Her recent occupation was as a Wellness Director at Clark Retirement Community where she designed and led group fitness classes for the residents.
Fun Fact/Interests: Ran a half-marathon and 25K race in 2013. Loves anything that keeps her physically active!

Education/Background: Tyler Junior College, Nurse Aid courses; Charetta began teaching Group Fitness in 2001 at Woodcreek Athletic Club. Through the years, she has taught classes at a variety of places including FIT, Tyler Area Senior Citizens, and Atria Senior Living. Charetta has grown to love exercise and currently teaches Fitness Plus for a group of 25 members. The mission of Fitness Plus is to promote an active, healthy lifestyle for mature adults.
Fun Fact/Interests: Outside of fitness, Charetta loves serving at Tyler Metro’s youth group and has been travelling overseas on mission trips for over 20 years.

Education/Background: Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology; Catrina began her journey in fitness and personal training in 1998 and has been training clients ever since. Her specialty and main focus is on functional movements such as balance, stability, strength and endurance. Catrina has had loyal clients for many years and continues to share her knowledge and expertise with others.
Fun Fact/Interests: Outside of personal training, Catrina loves to spend her time as an Equestrian Trail Rider. Her favorite cheat meal is spinach artichoke dip.

Education/Background: Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts; Secondary Education Certification Post Graduate Degree; Business/Political Science Degree; Mike was born in Pittsburgh, PA and received his Bachelors from Duke University on a football scholarship. He has over 40 years of experience in the health, fitness, athletics, martial arts, boxing and personal training field. He specializes in senior fitness and focuses on functional movements for daily living.
Fun Fact/Interests: Mike was a former secondary science teacher, nightclub owner, steelworker, and coal miner.

Education/Background: Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice, Minor in Psychology; Eddie grew up in California and came to Tyler, TX from Nashville, TN. His passion for fitness began over 10 years ago when he managed several supplement stores including Sparta Nutrition, One Nutrition, and Complete Nutrition. As his knowledge and connections grew, Eddie had no choice but to become certified as a Personal Trainer and has helped a wide variety of people achieve their fitness and sports nutrition goals.
Fun Fact/Interests: Eddie has competed in two Men’s Physique Competitions from 2015-2016. He loves anything food and has a big heart of animals.
Certifications: Expert Rating, Certified Personal Trainer; Expert Rating, Aerobics Instructor
Education/Background: Associates Degree in General Studies; Bella grew up in Summerville, South Carolina and has been active her whole life. She was involved in every sport imaginable including cross country, volleyball, basketball, softball, track, and golf. She received a full ride track scholarship at Dodgecity Community College in Kansas. When her collegiate athletic career ended, Bella was seeking other ways to stay active so she began working out at the gym and fell in love with it. She now wants to use her knowledge and experience to help others feel their best physically and mentally.
Fun Fact/Interests: Bella was an All-American Track Athlete for the 4x800M relay. She wants to continue to pursue her education in Nursing School at TJC in Fall 2020.
