What is BODYATTACK? It’s a fun, athletic workout that combines high-energy cardio with body weight toning to challenge your limits and increase your fitness!
Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. A LES MILLS™ instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. FEEL EMPOWERED, FUEL CARDIO FITNESS, TRAIN YOUR FULL BODY.
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODYFLOW™is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS™, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques. BUILD STRENGTH. GET LEAN AND TONED. WORK ALL MAJOR MUSCLES.

Pilates Plus is a Pilates based muscle strengthening workout with a focus on building a strong core and promoting flexibility and mobility. This class uses light to moderate weights and is for any fitness levels. Everyone is welcome!
Silver Sneakers Classic
Designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, improve agility and coordination, and enhance functional capacities and overall fitness. SilverSneakers Classic focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities. Participants can use hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. Often a chair is used for seated exercises or standing support. This program is for our 65 and older seniors and those who are enrolled in the Silver Sneakers program through your insurance.
Cycle and Power Cycle + Stretch
No matter what your ability level, blast calories from day one. Indoor cycling classes focus on endurance, strength training and high intensity intervals. Our trainers motivate you through a warm-up, sprints, climbs and cool downs to develop lean muscle and cardiovascular fitness. Power Spin is a great way to spend your lunch hour. It starts with a hard hitting SPIN class to make the most of your time. Then we add an additional 20 minutes of stretching after the SPIN class as a balance to the strength and cardio. Do both the SPIN and Stretch components or do them separately…you choose.
Focus on balanced integration of mind, body, and spirit. Postures and posture flows increase strength and flexibility of the body, with attention to breathing, bringing a sense of calm.
