Joshua Wortham

If you’ve ever experienced a Saturday boot camp with Josh, you know how the F.I.T. Manager challenges and motivates members to blast past personal barriers and turn themselves into fat-incinerating machines. He believes that all clients, regardless of their current fitness level can achieve their health goals. Josh uses his knowledge and experience to guide members in one-on-one and group training sessions and is also available for nutrition and exercise counseling.
